Joining with the angels

Welcome to this album of john’s songs.
I have a been a song-writer and worship leader for 20 years. This is one of my earlier albums.
Most of my songs have a story attached regarding my walk with the Living God.
Joining with the Angels is based on the vibe of the song “Walkin in Memphis”and is one of the few ‘worship /praise’ songs I have written.

“All in all I pray these songs do what they do for me – usher in the presence of God and bring comfort as well as revelation as to who God is.”

You are my Fortress was written shortly after my mum died. Psalm 91 from which the words are taken continues to be a comfort and encouragement.
Fairest Lord Jesus speaks of many beautiful pictures and experiences with God who is Creator and comes to take up residence in the Christian who ‘builds His house’.
Look at all the Photographs relates to someone I met, whose husband had died and who felt she had nothing to live for. She asks for God’s help.
Overshadow me is a wonderful picture of Holy Spirit hovering over creation in His creation when everything was void.
